Rocket Builder

This STEM-based activity encourages rocket building, launching and orbital insertion (3 main levels). Choose from a variety of payloads, fuel and engines to build your ideal rocket that will allow you to complete your goals. Just as in real life, each part has a price. See if can strike a balance between functionality and cost. Then launch your rocket using the throttle and thrusters to get into space!

Educational Content: By combining rocket parts in a wide variety of ways, it is possible to achieve mission goals with many different rockets. This is an exercise in finding the best solution to the problem of getting into space.

Game Play: A variety of rocket parts are displayed on the right side of the screen. Visitors can drag and drop these parts to create a rocket. They can create multi-stage rockets and are in control of staging.
